Classification of dangerous goods according to the transport regulations ADR / RID

We perform the classification of dangerous goods based on the study of the hazardous properties, using methods published in Recommendations on the Transport of Dangerous Goods, Manual of Tests and Criteria and based on classification criteria of the current version of the European agreement ADR / Regulation RID. The results of classification procedure are concluded in "Classification Certificates".
The certificate is valid until the amendment of transport regulations or on which the producer / sender changes in product quality or technological changes affecting the physicochemical properties of the product, or change the conditions of transport relevant to the classification.

Institute of Industrial Organic Chemistry is notified as a competent authority to perform the administrative activities in matters of testing, classification and conditions of authorization to the carriage of dangerous goods basis of Regulation of Minister of Economy dated 15.03.2012, issued on the basis of statutory delegation resulting from the article 9 subparagraph 2 from the Act dated 19 August 2011 about carriage of dangerous goods (Journal of Laws No. 227, 1367 i No. 244, 1454) (pdf).
